  Heirs to a centuries-old tradition of high quality gun making, Carabinas Cometa are specialists in the development of craftsman-built air guns.
  
  As a result of our extensive experience in manufacturing airguns and the constant effort to innovate our products, we are able to offer high quality airguns. All components of the airguns are manufactured in Spain.
  
  In particular, the main parts of the airguns - the barrel, stock and tube - are manufactured and controlled by Cometa itself. All the airguns are individually tested and calibrated; the speed is controlled under the laws of each country.

  At Cometa we are conscious that the success of a compressed air carbine is dependant upon the quality of the barrel. For this reason, we rigorously control the whole process of manufacturing, from the selection of the raw materials to the final finishing.
  
  Cometa's barrels are precisely drilled and later cold hammered in machines especially made for this process. The hammered process guarantees a finished mirror inside the guns and contributes hardness to the material.
  
  Finally, all the guns are meticulously straightened using precision tools. This superb quality controlled process characterized by the production of its barrels from start to finish, make Cometa airguns stand out as a high quality brand.

  Associates since 1983, Jérôme Marsac and Vincent Bouvet developed their business in the French scale model market before launching AIR SOFT GUNS® in 1993. These are perfectly safe pistol replicas reserved for adults, firing 6mm plastic pellets. AIR SOFT GUNS® faithfully reproduce real firearms and so the two entrepreneurs had a great idea. Why not obtain licenses from the top firearms manufacturers? Smith & Wesson® signed the first contract in 1997, followed by COLT®, SIG SAUER®, DESERT EAGLE™ and many others. Today, the portfolio contains over twenty world-exclusive licenses, ensuring the company's position as a global leader. Also a creator, in 1998 the Group patented a world-first: Clear guns (transparent replicas).
  
  At the occasion of their initial public offering in 1999, the Group changed its name from Les 3 Pylônes to CYBERGUN, and virtually flooded the American market, which, by March 2003, represented 24.1% of gross sales. During roughly the same period, the Group won news markets in Eastern Europe, signed licensing deals with Japan and invested massively in R&D. In 2003, they filed two revolutionary patents: BAX and CYCLONE.

  In 2007, after heavy investments in people and marketing, CYBERGUN pursued its growth with the acquisition in January 2007 of PALCO Marketing, a Minneapolis-based wholesaler, who supplies 1,300 retailers in the USA and Canada. PALCO Marketing is today chaired by Mark Skrocki, a paintball executive recruited from JT SPORTS. On 1 April 2008, CYBERGUN also acquired TECH GROUP, specialized in paintball for children and present on five 5 continents.
  
  In 2008, despite the global economy, the Group maintained its regular growth and closed on 31 March 2009 with gross sales of EUR 42.7M, with 64% in the USA. CYBERGUN pursued its policy of outside growth with the acquisition, announced on 16 March 2009, of Danish company X GUNS, which is integrated on 1 April of that year. X GUNS's executive committee is strengthened; Olivier Gualdoni, a twelve-year veteran of the CYBERGUN Group, became CEO of the new subsidiary and Ghislain d'Argenlieu, formerly of Rémy Cointreau, was recruited as International Finance Director.
  
  The 2009 financial year (closed on 31 March 2010) confirmed CYBERGUN's strong growth curve, nearly 20% per year since the Group's 1999 IPO. For the first time, gross sales cleared EUR50M.
  
  2010 is a year of organic growth and of strategic acquisitions. In January, CYBERGUN signed a long-term partnership agreement with JT SPORTS, based in Bentonville, Arkansas, a key player in the paintball market for over twenty years. In May, the Group acquired Taiwanese company INOKATSU, leading manufacturer of premium airsoft products. Other operations are to be announced in coming weeks.

  Firma EMOS SI, d.o.o. je začela z distribucijo potrošnih elektro izdelkov blagovnih znamk Ben Electronic, Commax in GP na slovenskem trgu v letu 1994 pod prvotnim imenom – Vemos d.o.o. s sedežem v Velenju, mešano lastniško strukturo z večinskim češkim kapitalom in štirimi sodelavci. Postopoma si je firma oblikovala najmočnejšo strukturo kupcev v regijah severovzhodne in vzhodne Slovenije s poudarkom na sodelovanju predvsem z veleprodajnimi partnerji v posameznih subregijah in se kasneje preselila v Gaberke pri Šoštanju.

  Na osnovi spremembe lastniške strukture, s katero je podjetje 100% prešlo v češke roke in tudi glede na ne zadovoljivo situacijo so bili narejeni prelomni koraki. Firma Vemos d.o.o. se je preselila na mednarodni logistični center v Celju in je začela s široko restrukturalizacijo. Sredi leta 2004 je prišlo do zamenjave celotne realizacijske ekipe vključno z vodilnimi kadri in po stabilizaciji poslovnih procesov na začetku leta 2005 tudi k preimenovanju podjetja v EMOS SI, d.o.o., kot edinega pravnega naslednika podjetja Vemos d.o.o.

  Na začetku leta 2005 je na tak način firma EMOS SI d.o.o. postala eksluzivni distributer artiklov blagovne znamke EMOS na slovenskem trgu. Ima tudi svoj delež pri poslovanju z blagovnima znamkama GP Batteries in Commax, ki zasedajo v sortimentnem portfoliju pomembno mesto.

  Sredi leta 2005 je bil začet eden izmed glavnih marketinško-poslovnih projektov za Slovenijo - distribucija lastne registrirane znamke visoko kvalitetnih baterijskih vložkov, akumulatorjev in polnilcev za vsakodnevno uporabo - blagovne znamke RAVER.  Projekt je namenjen predvsem cilni skupini modernih, aktivnih in odgovornih potrošnikov, kateri prednotijo preverjeno kvaliteto z dostopno ceno za vsakega.

  1889. ACSA is founded to produce high quality lead

  1950. Antonio Casas Serra, our founding father's son decides to produce high quality airgun pellets, due to the growing European airgun market .

  1959. As a consequence of family and business considerations based on an existing lead source factory founded in 1889, Industrias El Gamo S.A. is born.

  1961. The first Gamo airguns are introduced to the Spanish market, with immediate acceptance due to their inherent quality and superior performance. The first steps are directed toward the fabrication of air rifles in sequence (totally interchangeable pieces), having as the principal goal a high quality product at a medium/low price, to make it the sport of shooting with airguns more accessible and therefore more popular.

  1963. The company initiates its first exports sales to the United Kingdom, and continues to add credence to the Gamo name through its participation in the European international shows. Gamo airguns continue to reach the European markets and beyond.

  1970's. A dealer's network is created in more than 40 countries.

  1980's. Gamo begins business relations and collaborations with similar manufacturers in Great Britain, the USA, Germany and Brasil.

  1982. Due to the enormous increase in production, the pellet factory is moved to a larger site in a new industrial park with the company's wood processing plant, which fab ricates the stocks, following closely behind.

  1995. GAMO USA CORPORATION is born. After various attempts to distribute Gamo products in the United States, and knowing of the positive acceptance in Europe, Gamo decides to acquire a North American distributorship and create a new Gamo company.

  2007. The private equity group MCH invested in Industrias El Gamo in order to consolidate the brand leadership and also to boost its expansion plans.
