Fox Classic hunter bullets are lead-free and designed for all hunting situations that a European hunter may encounter, from a close shot at a wild boar in a drive to an extremely long shot at a chamois in the mountains. The bullets contain no lead and are made from a copper and zinc alloy. The selected material ensures deformation into a mushroom shape even at lower impact velocities (500 m/s). The grooves on the bullet reduce the contact surface between the bullet and the rifle barrel, which consequently reduces pressure and increases speed. The degree of deformation is determined by the depth of the cavity at the top of the bullet. The tip made from thermally stable polymer improves both external and target ballistics. Upon impact, the bullet deforms into a mushroom shape with approximately double the caliber diameter. Controlled and rapid deformation allows for effective energy transfer from the bullet to the game body. All this together provides an exceptional stopping effect, while minimizing meat damage.
