FOX 6.5 Creedmoor Bullet - 8.0g/123gr

Fox Classic hunter bullets are lead-free and designed for all hunting situations that a European hunter might encounter, from close shots on wild boars during a drive to extremely long shots on chamois in the mountains. The bullets do not contain lead, they are made of a copper and zinc alloy. The selected material ensures deformation into a mushroom shape even at lower impact velocities (500 m/s). The grooves on the bullet reduce the contact surface between the bullet and the rifle barrel, which in turn reduces pressure and increases speed. The degree of deformation is determined by the depth of the cavity at the top of the bullet. The tip made of thermally stable polymer improves both external and terminal ballistics. Upon impact, the bullet deforms into a mushroom shape with approximately double the caliber diameter. Controlled and rapid deformation allows for efficient energy transfer from the bullet to the animal's body. All of this together ensures an exceptional stopping effect while causing minimal meat damage.
