Fox Classic Hunter bullets are lead-free and designed for all hunting situations that a European hunter may encounter, from close shots on wild boar during drives to extremely long shots on chamois in the mountains. The bullets are made from a copper and zinc alloy without lead. The selected material ensures deformation into a mushroom shape even at lower impact speeds (500 m/s).

Grooves on the bullet reduce the contact surface between the bullet and the rifle barrel, thereby decreasing pressure and increasing speed. The degree of deformation is determined by the depth of the cavity at the top of the bullet. The tip made from thermo-stable polymer improves both external and terminal ballistics.

Upon impact, the bullet deforms into a mushroom shape with approximately double the caliber diameter. Controlled and rapid deformation allows for effective energy transfer from the bullet to the game. All this together ensures an exceptional stopping effect while causing minimal damage to the meat.
